The America's Boating Course and Seminars are offered by Diablo Sail and Power Squadron to the boating public. These courses will teach you how to be a better and safer boater. We offer the class in many locations around the East Bay, and on different days of the week. The class is six weeks long, and each class is about 2 hours. You will receive additional information about membership in USPS during the America's Boating Course class.
